1. About us True Self Experiment is a Human Design reading, guide and coaching service operated by Laura Remese. Our website is trueselfexperiment.com. By booking a service or purchasing a guide you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions please contact us at true.self.experiment@gmail.com
2. Our services We offer the following services:
Free Discovery Call — a 15-minute introductory conversation at no charge to help you find the right service
1:1 Human Design Session — a 60-minute personalised chart reading via Zoom
Personalised Human Design Guide — Digital PDF — a detailed written breakdown of your Human Design chart delivered to your inbox
Personalised Human Design Guide — Printed & Posted — as above, printed and posted to your address
Child Chart Reading — a personalised Human Design reading for your child, available as digital guide, printed guide or live Zoom session
Parent & Child Reading — a combined Human Design reading of both your chart and your child's, available as digital guide, printed guide or live Zoom session
Live Your Design Coaching Container — a 3-month coaching programme via Zoom
Gift Cards — redeemable against any service listed above
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Booking and payment
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services except the Free Discovery Call.
3.2 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Link.
3.3 Prices are displayed in EUR and GBP. Currency conversion is handled automatically by Stripe at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
3.4 By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions including our refund policy.
3.5 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
4.1 Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time.
4.2 Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
4.3 To cancel or reschedule please email true.self.experiment@gmail.com as soon as possible.
4.4 True Self Experiment reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In this case a full refund will be offered or an alternative session time arranged.
5. Refund policy
5.1 Free Discovery Call — no charge, no refund applicable.
5.2 1:1 Human Design Session — a full refund is available if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund is available after the session has taken place or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
5.3 Personalised Human Design Guide — Digital — due to the highly personalised nature of our guides, each one is created specifically for one individual. Refunds are not available once work has begun on your guide regardless of whether it has been delivered. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept this condition.
5.4 Personalised Human Design Guide — Printed & Posted — refunds are not available once the guide has been posted. If your guide does not arrive within 14 working days of the posted date please contact us at true.self.experiment@gmail.com
5.5 Child Chart Reading — same refund terms as above apply depending on format chosen (digital, printed or live session).
5.6 Parent & Child Reading — same refund terms as above apply depending on format chosen.
5.7 Live Your Design Coaching Container — a pro-rata refund is available if you wish to exit the coaching container after the first session. The refund will be calculated based on sessions remaining minus an administration fee of €50. No refund is available after the third session.
5.8 Gift Cards — gift cards are non-refundable once issued. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable against any service listed on our website.
6. Delivery
6.1 Digital guides are delivered to your inbox within 5 working days of confirming all required birth details.
6.2 Printed guides are posted within 5 working days of the guide being completed. Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for postal delivery depending on your location.
6.3 Session recordings are sent to your email address within 24 hours of your session taking place.
6.4 Delivery times are estimates and may vary. True Self Experiment is not responsible for postal delays outside our control.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1 You are responsible for providing accurate birth details — date, time and place of birth — when booking a reading or guide. True Self Experiment cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in your reading resulting from incorrect birth information provided by you.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom for live sessions.
7.3 If you are booking a child or parent & child reading you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you are providing and that you have the right to share that data with us.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 All content created by True Self Experiment — including written guides, session recordings, website content, social media content and course materials — is the intellectual property of True Self Experiment.
8.2 Your personalised guide and session recording are for your personal use only. They may not be shared publicly, resold, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8.3 Sharing excerpts for personal non-commercial purposes (such as sharing with a family member) is permitted provided True Self Experiment is credited.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Human Design is a self-knowledge and personal development system. It is not a medical, psychological or psychiatric service. True Self Experiment does not make any medical claims and our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
9.2 If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent support please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
9.3 Results from Human Design readings, guides and coaching vary from person to person. True Self Experiment cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The experiment is yours to run.
9.4 The information provided in readings and guides is based on the Human Design system as understood and interpreted by Laura Remese. It represents our honest professional interpretation and is intended for personal growth and self-understanding purposes only.
10. Privacy Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available at trueselfexperiment.com/privacy-policy. By using our services you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law True Self Experiment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
11.2 Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.
12. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes where possible. The latest version will always be available at trueselfexperiment.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
