You have your chart. Now what?

You know what you are. But do you know how to live it?
Most people receive their Human Design chart and feel two things at once — recognition and confusion. Something in them says "yes, this is me." And then immediately — "but what do I actually do with this?"
That's exactly the right question. And it's the one most readings never answer.
What is the experiment?
Human Design is not information to collect. It's an experiment to run.
The chart shows you who you are. The experiment is learning to live it — one decision, one response, one moment at a time. Not overnight. Not dramatically. Just — noticing. Trying. Adjusting. Noticing again.
Most of us live entirely in our heads. Overthinking. Analysing. Second-guessing every move. The experiment asks you to come back — to your body, your energy, your own inner knowing. To notice how you actually feel before your mind talks you out of it. To trust the signals that were always there — you just learned to ignore them.
Whatever your type. Whatever your authority. The work is the same. Stop overriding yourself. Start listening.
That's the whole experiment. Awareness. Presence. Body first. Head second.
The 4 levels
Level 1 — Awareness Just notice. Don't change anything yet. Notice when you feel resistance. Notice when you feel flow. Notice when you say yes and feel nothing. Don't judge it. Just observe.
Level 2 — Recognition Start naming what you notice. "That was my not-self." "That was a conditioned response." "My body just said no but I said yes anyway." Recognition without action is still progress.
Level 3 — Experiment Start making small different choices. Not dramatic. Not life-changing overnight. Just one decision this week made differently. Notice what happens.
Level 4 — Integration Over time the new way becomes natural. You stop having to think about it. You just live it.
What changes then?
Something shifts when you stop fighting yourself. You won't be able to explain it at first. It's not dramatic. Nobody throws a party. Life doesn't suddenly become easy.
But one day you make a decision and it feels different. Quieter. More certain. Like something clicked into place that you didn't even know was loose.
You say no to something and don't spend three days justifying it. You wait instead of push — and what comes back is better than anything you could have forced. You feel tired and you actually rest instead of pushing through. You light up at something and you follow it without needing permission.
Small things. Ordinary moments. But they're yours. Finally, completely, unapologetically yours.
The resistance doesn't disappear overnight. But it softens. And in that softening — you find yourself. Not a new version. Not an improved version. Just the one that was always there underneath everything the world told you to be.
That's what living your design actually feels like. Not perfect. Just real. Just you.
